This is the best place to ask about the P4228 / P4428 cameras from EEV, often known as white dustbins. These were mainly sold to navies but some went to civilian users and have generally now been retired.
Several of the members have these cameras and the literature that came with them to assist repairs and exchange spare parts.
The cameras are not export controlled so discussion is not limited by that.
